Neighborhood organizations change over time as they grow, mature and respond to the needs and desires of their members. Your SHNA by laws have been revised to accommodate those changes.

The following codes/laws are enforced by Code Enforcement: nuisance conditions, land development code, public health and safety, and unsafe building structures. They also respond to overgrowth, trash and debris, land clearing, fences, abandoned tires, dumping. Email code411@myescambia.com and include pictures as well as a detailed description of the issue.

A neighborhood plan has been written for officers and board members to accomplish the tasks identified by the neighborhood association to help focus the group’s efforts, providing clear milestones to achieve success. The president will continually evaluate progress and report to the neighborhood association members quarterly.

Success depends on communication and involving members to participate frequently.
